I'll be in Oregon for the next week or so... Probably won't be blogging from there, but you never know...
Hopefully I'll have some fun photos to post when I get back. Just the boys and I... should be fun!
I'll catch up on my junkin' treasure photos when I get back too.

Hey Jill have a great time in Oregon!! Keep up the good work. My husband started running on Jan 1 2008 and hasn't stopped since. (personally I think it's easier for men...WHY is that??) anyway...he started very slow and has built up over time.
His suggestion would be #1 get a good pair of running shoes (fleet feet is a great store or any store that puts you on a pad that tells them what kind of arch you have & get insoles)
#2 get runners world magazine. He loves it and it has great stories and suggestions.
#3 Once you hit 3 miles sign up for a 5K. He says it was the best thing he did. He now tries to run in a 5K or 10K each month. That way you keep running in between races. We are going to Gettysburg the weekend of July 11th for a 5K. Jeff and his 2 cousins & my cousin are all running. It's the only race on a national battlefield. Cool, huh?
Jeff's cousin started running first and kinda was his inspiration. They work at the same place and now have people from work all into running so they all join races together. One single mom they work with has been overweight for a long time and decided to do this for her son. She started in January this year and ran three 5K's so far. She was so excited!! As you can see I'm not talking about me because I don't run...yet...I was having problems with my ankle and knee so I walk...for now. So, good luck and here is a quote that I'm putting in Jeff's scrapbook that I'm starting for him of all his races...
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perserverance the race marked out for us. Hebrews 12:1
