Stuck
ALAN BERNER / THE SEATTLE TIMES
The entire Snoqualmie Valley is under water in this view to the south toward Carnation. The bridge is on Northeast 124th Street, south of Duvall.
You know it's a pretty weird feeling when there is no way out of Puget Sound other than flying or I guess by boat. Every roadway south or east and I think even north is closed because of the floods.
We are fine where we are, we live up on a big hill. But school was closed yesterday for the boys because the Puyallup river causing flooding all around the Puyallup valley here.
I don't think it got even as bad as they thought it might, so that's good. Plus everything should start getting better from here on out I think. From what I had heard as of yesterday, everyone had stayed pretty safe, so that is good too.
Weird weather this winter around here that is for sure.

Oh my gosh that is crazy! Glad you guys are 'on a hill' safe and dry. Paul said it seems like our Winters are just not Normal anymore and weird weather is the new Normal! lol
